It's great and textured, although her right eye looks too far over. The anatomy of the ear is a little off but the earring is excellent!

Thanks I think you are right about the eye, well I didn’t use any reference. I think that’s why. But the ear I don’t see it as problem, people have different anatomies for example I have a friend who has ears like side mirrors of a truck.

I think that your right about the ear, perhaps the shadows need to be slightly stronger
